Whether working with an injury, dealing with tight or painful muscles, or trying to improve performance, our massage therapists can help get you back to competing at your highest level!  While we work with a number of professional athletes, we can help athletes at all levels and abilities to help you reach peak performance.

Many of our professional athletes pair their massage treatment with Acupuncture to help them stay in Optimal Health.

Lymphatic Drainage

Injury recovery is an area of focus at INSIGHT  and lymphatic drainage massage is an important tool in assisting the healing process.  Lymphatic drainage uses gentle massage to move lymph along the vessels to decrease swelling and inflammation and speed up the healing process.

Tui Na 推拿

Chinese therapeutic massage, Tui Na 推拿, is a specific type of bodywork that addresses imbalances and/or structural problems in the body to help a person move better, decrease pain, and address internal disharmony. Very different from a relaxing massage, tui na is often fast and somewhat aggressive as it uses mobility, stretching, pulling, grasping, tapotement, and a number of other techniques to decrease pain, speed up your healing, and improve performance.
